These were the first 10 picks in a 10-team fantasy league (NL-AL,non-keeper) I’m in.

I picked ARod. In hindsight, I should have picked differently. I didn’t realize how deep the talent at thirdbase is.

After 250 players were drafted in our draft, my choice for best player not drafted is Austin Kearns. If he stays healthy, he could have a breakout year.

Of course, that’s a big if.

The Washington Nationals won one for the home crowd today thanks to a solid start by Livian Hernandez (3 ER in 8 1/3 IP). Vinny Castilla was a base hit short of the cycle.

This puts Washington first in their division in this early season.

Update: I heard during the Braves game that this is the first time a Washington team was in first place by themselves since 1933.
