Rookie Watch- Gustavo Chacin

Toronto starter Gustavo Chacin was the LSOTD earlier in the season and on Wednesday, he allowed only 2 runs in 7 2/3 innings with a win against Tampa Bay. Thus far in the season, he is 4-1 with a miniscule 2.48 ERA. Definitely someone I am putting on my Rookie Watch list.
